Adam and Eve One of Two. This High Quality Traditional Mola features some of the finest work you will ever find. All of the outlines are done with cut fabric less than 2mm wide which has been finely stitched by hand. Each different colored piece of fabric is stitched with matching colored thread in over a dozen colors. Molas are made using a difficult fabric layering technique called reverse applique. This process requires excellent design imagination patience and finely honed stitching skills. Full piece measures approximately 15 inches by 12 inches. Handcrafted by the Kuna Indians in Panama. Please note that with all Kuna Mola - the edges of the fabric are unfinished.
