Our shipping
rates are based on weight of items after packing. Occasionally, the
combination of certain items within an order results in a lower actual
cost for us to ship. When this occurs, we will credit your account for the
amount of the difference. In the event that the actual cost exceeds the
amount charged, we will absorb the difference.
Continental
US Orders:
For shipping within the
Continental US, we use UPS and USPS services. You will have a
choice at checkout to select the option that best fits your budget
and time requirements. The details of each are outlined below.
We
offer a variety of services through UPS. UPS Ground, 3 Day Select,
and 2nd Day Air Saver are available and selectable at checkout.
Our server connects directly to UPS and calculates the cost based
on your zip code and the weight of your purchases. Your cost will
be displayed prior to finalizing your order. Please note that our
UPS software will not allow us to process your shipment without
your Apt or Suite number so be sure to include it when entering
your shipping information on the order form. UPS does not ship to
PO Boxes so you must provide a street address to select UPS as
your shipping method. All packages are insured by UPS.
Priority
Mail shipping is available for any packages shipped to addresses
within the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and FPO/APO Military
addresses. Our account with the post office includes delivery
confirmation for all our shipments at no charge to you or us. All
packages are insured against loss or damage at our expense through
our master policy.
If
you are not in a hurry and would like to save a little money on
shipping, we offer Special Flat Shipping
rates. These rates are fixed and displayed below. We will
select the most economical way to ship your package from the
services available through UPS and the post office based on the
weight and destination. It may take a little longer to arrive when
selecting this option. These rates are available only in the
Continental US and require a street address. ( No PO Boxes )
Packages will be shipped by one of the following methods: UPS
Ground, USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Post, or
USPS Book Rate ( for book only orders ). All orders are fully
insured against loss or damage at no additional charge.

Orders are shipped via International Priority Mail and arrived within 4 to 10 days to most countries. Occasional delays may result from
customs inspections in your country which we have no control over. Please check your country's import tax and VAT schedules as these fees may be charged by your country's
customs department and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
